Smoke Your Holiday Turkey

Need to know just how to smoke your turkey feast this Holiday season? Well, it's simple, watch this video and learn from Weber on smoking that turkey up in Forest Park from Schauer's Hardware! This isn't your usual way of cooking. This is Smoke on the Smokey Mountain Cooker!

 

Use a frozen or thawed turkey and if you choose to brine it, remember to do so overnight, you can also stuff your turkey to make it extra flavorful.  Make sure to cook it to a 165 degrees internal temperature. Don't forget the wood chips! Learn some tips and tricks in the video below.
